About the Journal
Advances in Nutrition and Health Sciences (ANHS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Universitas Adzkia. The journal serves as a professional platform for the dissemination of original research articles, case reports, case studies, and systematic reviews in the fields of nutrition and other health-related disciplines. ANHS is published biannually, with issues released every January and July. We invite contributions from a diverse range of professionals, including registered dietitians, nutritionists, public health specialists, researchers, academics, and students, with a particular focus on contemporary nutrition-related issues. All manuscripts submitted to ANHS undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, in which each manuscript is evaluated anonymously by at least two independent reviewers appointed by the editorial board to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance.
